Te mapa
Cortazar lies in the Bajío, the broad agricultural plain across the centre of Guanajuato. The land is mostly flat and intensively farmed. The town follows the familiar Mexican plan: a central grid of blocks around the main square and church, extending outward in straight streets.
Around the town, the map fills with the geometry of irrigated fields, divided by canals and farm roads. Nearby, the Cerro de Culiacán, an isolated volcanic hill, rises above the plain. Regional roads link Cortazar with Celaya, Salamanca and other Bajío towns, placing it in a well-connected agricultural corridor.
A Cortazar map poster shows the town at the scale of its region: a neat grid in the middle, fields all around and roads toward the neighbouring cities. The poster is quiet and legible and grounded in the Bajío's farm landscape.
A regular block pattern spreads out from the main square. It is a clear, recognisable colonial-style layout at the centre of the poster.
Irrigated farmland with canals and straight farm roads surrounds the town. It forms a fine, patchwork-like texture that fills the outer map.
Roads toward nearby Bajío towns leave in several directions. They are long, straight lines that tie Cortazar to its agricultural corridor.

Koteā ko Cortazar
People from Cortazar often live far from the Bajío now, and a map of the home town keeps the square, the streets and the fields close. It is a clear image for a family home or a new apartment.
You can change the title, subtitle and coordinates line to add a family name, a year or a saint's day. The poster comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
