Te mapa
Eagle Foothills is the rolling, sagebrush-covered land that rises north of Eagle and the Boise River valley in southwestern Idaho. On the map it looks nothing like the flat, gridded farmland below. Roads follow ridgelines and drainages, curving and doubling back, and settlement appears in scattered pockets instead of continuous blocks.
The main north–south highway toward the mountains runs through the area, and it is the main line connecting the scattered developments. Around it, planned communities have laid out cul-de-sacs and looping streets that follow the land's contours. Large areas stay open, crossed only by trails and ranch tracks, so blank space plays a big part in the composition.
The name also refers to a federally recognised wine region, the Eagle Foothills AVA, which sits within the larger Snake River Valley appellation. An Eagle Foothills map poster shows a landscape where the terrain is visible in the road pattern itself, with ridges and gullies traced by the streets that avoid them.
Streets wind along ridges and valley floors instead of following a grid. On the poster, they read almost like topographic lines, showing the shape of the hills.
Much of the land between settlements is undeveloped foothill country. Those wide empty areas give the print room to breathe and contrast with the denser clusters.
To the south, the hills drop to the Boise River valley and its regular farm grid. A wider frame shows the clear boundary between the curving hills and the straight valley.

Koteā ko Eagle Foothills
Some people choose this map because they built a house in the hills, planted a vineyard, or ride the trails every weekend. Others like how the curving roads make an almost abstract drawing of the land.
Edit the title, subtitle and coordinates, for example with your street or a year, and choose one of five styles: Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The digital version is $9, and printed posters on matte paper can come with an optional wooden frame.
