Te mapa
Gādarwāra lies in Narsinghpur district of Madhya Pradesh, in the fertile valley between the Narmada river and the Satpura hills. The town grew around its railway station on the line between Itarsi and Jabalpur. From above, its streets cluster along the tracks and the small Shakkar river, with farmland stretching away on every side.
The area is known for its agriculture, especially pulses and sugarcane, and Gādarwāra serves as a market centre for the surrounding villages. The spiritual teacher Osho spent much of his childhood here and went to school in the town. More recently the region has become known for the NTPC thermal power station built nearby.
A Gādarwāra map poster shows a town organised around its railway and river, with dense lanes near the station and looser streets toward the edges. It is a meaningful piece for families from the Narmada valley, and for followers of Osho interested in the places connected with his early life.
The main line runs straight through the town, dividing it into two halves and forming the clearest line in the composition.
The small river curves along the town's edge, adding a soft, organic line against the straight streets and the railway.
Around Gādarwāra, rural roads and field boundaries spread across the flat valley floor, creating a delicate, open pattern.

Koteā ko Gādarwāra
Gādarwāra is a home town for many people now living in Bhopal, Mumbai or abroad, and a map of it is a direct connection to where they began. The minimal design keeps the focus on the streets, the railway and the river.
