Te mapa
Kadiolo is a town in the Sikasso region of southern Mali and the administrative centre of the cercle of the same name. It lies in the far south of the country, not far from the borders with Côte d'Ivoire and Burkina Faso, in a landscape of wooded savanna that is greener and wetter than much of Mali. Its roads serve both local villages and cross-border travel.
Farming shapes the surrounding land, with fields, orchards and scattered hamlets spread between the tracks. The Sikasso region as a whole is one of Mali's main agricultural areas, known for cotton, cereals and fruit. From above, the town's streets form a modest cluster, with the land around it drawn in a loose pattern of paths and plots.
A Kadiolo map poster presents this as a simple, balanced composition: a compact centre, a few main roads leading away across the savanna, and the fine texture of rural paths filling the space between. It is a fitting keepsake for people from the cercle, and for anyone who has lived or worked in southern Mali.
The streets of Kadiolo gather into a small, dense core where the main roads meet, forming the natural focal point of the poster and the most detailed part of the map.
Roads leading away from the town connect it with the nearby frontiers of Côte d'Ivoire and Burkina Faso, long lines that reach toward the edges of the map.
Around the town, footpaths and farm tracks thread between fields and woodland, creating a delicate, irregular pattern that contrasts with the firmer lines of the main roads.

Koteā ko Kadiolo
Many people from Kadiolo live elsewhere in Mali or abroad, and a map of the home town is a subtle way to keep it present. It works as a personal piece for a living room, or as a gift for relatives far from home.
Write your own title and subtitle, add a date that matters, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose from five styles: Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Sand gives a warm, earthy tone that suits the savanna setting.
