Te mapa
Kebili is the capital of Kebili Governorate in southern Tunisia. It lies in the Nefzaoua oasis region, on the southeastern side of the Chott el Djerid, the country's largest salt lake. It is one of the gateways to the Sahara, and the desert town of Douz is a short drive to the south.
From above, the modern town forms a compact grid of streets. Around it lie the palm groves of the oasis, a dense patchwork of gardens watered from springs and wells. The area is known for its dates, especially the Deglet Nour variety, which is grown widely across the Nefzaoua oases.
A Kebili map poster sets that green, cultivated ring against open desert and the flat expanse of the salt lake. The contrast between the orderly town, the irregular oasis plots and the empty land beyond gives the print a strong structure. The roads toward Douz and Tozeur cross it in clean lines.
Groves of date palms surround the town in a mosaic of small irrigated plots, a finer and more irregular texture than the streets beside them.
The vast salt lake to the northwest appears as a wide, empty plane, crossed by the causeway road that links Kebili to Tozeur.
The road to Douz runs out of town toward the dunes of the Sahara, a single strong line leading into open space.

Koteā ko Kebili
Kebili is where many travellers first meet the Tunisian Sahara, and for families from the Nefzaoua it is home among the palms. A map of the town and its oasis is a calm, graphic reminder of both.
You can personalise the title and subtitle with a name, a journey or a date, and keep the coordinates line. Sand suits the desert setting especially well, and Classic black & white, Noir, Paper and Blueprint are also available. The free 900 px preview lets you check the result first.
