Radiating roads
Main routes run outward from Sfax through the town in long, nearly straight lines. They give the map a clear structure, like spokes leading out from the city.

Te mapa
Sakiet ed Daier is a town in the Sfax Governorate of Tunisia, lying directly north of the city of Sfax. On a map, it belongs to the wider Sfax pattern. Long roads radiate from the city centre toward the countryside, and the land between them is divided into many rectangular plots.
The area around Sfax is known for its gardens and olive cultivation. Here, the pattern of walled plots, houses and tree-lined parcels gives the landscape a textured, grid-like quality. Over time, much of this land has filled in with housing, but the old divisions still shape how the streets run.
A Sakiet ed Daier map poster shows the fine structure of a place that is part town and part garden. In black and white, the radiating main roads are the strongest lines. The smaller lanes and plot boundaries create a dense, almost woven texture between them, which reads especially well at larger print sizes.
Main routes run outward from Sfax through the town in long, nearly straight lines. They give the map a clear structure, like spokes leading out from the city.
The land between the main roads is divided into many rectangular parcels, once mainly gardens and olive groves. The boundaries create a regular, finely divided pattern.
Housing has spread across many of the older plots and blurs the line between town and countryside. The map shows the two textures side by side.

Koteā ko Sakiet ed Daier
For families from Sakiet ed Daier and the Sfax area, a map of the town's roads and plots is a familiar image of home. It shows something about the region's structure that is hard to see from the ground.
Add your own title and subtitle, for instance a family name, a street or a year, and set the coordinates line. Choose from five styles. Sand suits the warm Tunisian light, and Classic black & white keeps the pattern crisp.
