Te mapa
La Ermita is a locality in the state of Guanajuato, on the outskirts of the León urban area in central Mexico's Bajío region. From above, it sits where the continuous grid of a large city starts to loosen into separate neighbourhoods, roads and cultivated land.
Its street pattern is practical: blocks laid out in fairly regular rows, with larger roads connecting it to the rest of the metropolitan area. The Bajío is one of Mexico's main agricultural and industrial corridors, and that mix of housing, highways and fields shows clearly in the map's textures.
A La Ermita map poster frames a place that often goes unnamed on a road atlas but matters a great deal to the people who live there. The edge between the dense city grid and the surrounding land makes an interesting composition, with more going on than a purely urban map.
Residential streets form regular rows of blocks. They give the core of the map an even rhythm that prints crisply in every style.
To one side, the denser street network of greater León continues. To the other, it gives way to larger plots, showing a clear transition across the frame.
Wider roads cut through the pattern toward the city and nearby towns. They are the boldest lines on the map and hold the layout together.

Koteā ko La Ermita
For families from La Ermita, a map of their streets can mean more than any postcard of the state capital. It marks the specific place that counts, down to the corner of a particular block.
Personalise the title and subtitle, perhaps with a surname or a year, and keep the coordinates line. Then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
