Te mapa
Mati is the capital of Davao Oriental, on the eastern edge of Mindanao. Its map is shaped by water. Pujada Bay forms a wide, sheltered curve along which the town centre spreads, and the coastline continues outward in headlands and beaches toward the open Pacific. Inland, the land rises into forested hills and the road network becomes sparse.
The Mount Hamiguitan Range Wildlife Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, lies partly within Mati's territory and is known for its pygmy forest. On the coast, Dahican Beach draws surfers and skimboarders with its long stretch of sand facing the ocean.
A Mati map poster places the town between bay, mountain and sea. The compact street grid near the waterfront, the roads following the shore and the large quiet areas of water and green give the composition a strong sense of place with plenty of breathing room.
The broad, rounded bay defines the city's western side. Its smooth curve forms the main outline of the poster and holds the town centre against it.
On the eastern side the land meets the open ocean in a longer, straighter shore, where beaches like Dahican face directly out to sea.
Inland, roads thin out as the ground climbs toward the Hamiguitan range. These open areas give the map a calm counterweight to the coastal streets.

Koteā ko Mati
Mati is a good choice for anyone who grew up by Pujada Bay or spent time on its beaches. The bay's curve is recognisable at a glance and makes a clean, balanced shape on a wall.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, and choose one of five styles. Noir brings out the coastline, while Sand gives the bay a warmer, softer look.
