Te mapa
Navsari sits in southern Gujarat, south of Surat, on the banks of the Purna River as it winds toward the Arabian Sea. From above, the river is the clearest line on the map. It curves past a dense core of older lanes, while newer residential blocks and roads spread outward across flat, low-lying farmland crossed by smaller channels.
The town has a special place in the history of India's Parsi community, which lived here for centuries and left fire temples and family houses across the old quarter. Navsari is also the birthplace of Jamsetji Tata, founder of the Tata Group, and of Dadabhai Naoroji, one of the early voices of the Indian national movement.
On a Navsari map poster, the looping river sits against the tight grain of the historic centre and the looser pattern of the outskirts. Road and rail lines running north toward Surat and south along the coastal plain give the composition a clear axis. At wider framings, the tidal creeks and the edge of the coast start to show.
The river curves around the town before heading west to the sea. Its broad bends give the drawing a natural frame and set the direction of the streets closest to its banks.
The historic centre is made of narrow, closely packed lanes, the part of Navsari linked to its Parsi families, fire temples and old residences. It shows up as the densest grain on the map.
Dandi, where Gandhi's Salt March ended in 1930, lies on the coast within Navsari district. Roads lead there from the town across flat farmland and tidal ground.

Koteā ko Navsari
For families with roots in Navsari, and especially for Parsi households now spread across the world, this map is a direct line back to a place of origin. It can quietly recall a grandparent's street, a wedding in the old town or summers spent near the river.
You can edit the title, subtitle and coordinates line, so a family name or a year of arrival fits naturally. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download the HD files for $9 or order a printed poster on matte paper.
