Te mapa
Pelabuhan Klang, known in English as Port Klang, sits at the mouth of the Klang River on the Strait of Malacca, and it is Malaysia's principal seaport. From above, the map is a mix of hard industrial geometry and natural coastline. Long straight wharves, container yards and basins line the water, while the older town streets form a smaller, denser grid behind them.
The port spreads across several areas, including Northport and Westports on Pulau Indah, and the map shows channels separating islands from the mainland. Between the port facilities, mangrove-fringed creeks and tidal flats add irregular, branching shapes that contrast with the straight lines of the terminals. The river estuary winds inland toward the town of Klang and the Klang Valley beyond.
A Pelabuhan Klang map poster captures a place that connects Malaysia to the rest of the world, a gateway for shipping and trade on one of the busiest sea lanes on earth. It suits people who worked in the port, families from the town and anyone drawn to maps where industry and water meet. In black and white, the wharves and creeks form a bold composition.

The river winds out through its estuary to meet the Strait of Malacca, linking the port with Klang and the wider valley inland.
Between port facilities and islands, mangrove-lined creeks branch through tidal ground, their natural curves contrasting with the straight terminal edges.

Port Klang is a working place, and its map appeals to those who know it through work, family or the sea. It turns cranes, wharves and creeks into a clean, graphic piece for a wall.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be personalised, for instance with a ship's name or a year. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint suits the port's engineered lines.
