Te mapa
Pileru is a town in the south of Andhra Pradesh, in the region of Rayalaseema, in dry upland country with scattered rocky hills. It serves as a local centre for the surrounding villages. From above, the town appears as a compact cluster of streets where several regional roads meet, with farmland spreading in every direction.
A Pileru map poster shows the busier core around the main junctions and the looser pattern of neighbourhoods further out. Around the town the landscape is typical of this part of the Deccan: fields, small irrigation tanks and outcrops of hills that the roads have to work around, giving the edges of the map an uneven, organic shape.
The town lies within reach of Tirupati and the temple hills of the region, and its roads connect it to other towns across the district. It is a working market town rather than a destination, and the poster shows it plainly: a meeting point of routes, a dense centre and the dry countryside around it.
Several regional roads meet in the town, and the busiest part of the street pattern gathers around where they cross.
Small reservoirs, a common feature of the Rayalaseema landscape, appear as irregular shapes among the fields surrounding the built-up area.
Low hills and outcrops rise around the town, and the roads bend around them, giving the outer edges of the map their uneven lines.

Koteā ko Pīleru
Pileru is home to families across the region and to many who have moved to cities or abroad for work. A map of the town is a precise, personal picture of where they come from.
You can add a title, subtitle and coordinates line of your own, perhaps a family name or a special date, and choose one of five styles: Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
