Te mapa
Pleasant Grove sits in northern Utah County, on the benchland between Utah Lake and the mountains. Like many Utah towns, it follows a disciplined grid of wide, straight streets aligned to the compass, so the map has an orderly, almost surveyed look. Toward the east, the grid gives way to curving subdivision roads as the ground rises to the foothills.
The settlement was first called Battle Creek, after an early skirmish in the area, and a canyon of that name still opens into the mountains above town. Mount Timpanogos dominates the view to the northeast. On the map it appears where the streets stop and the terrain takes over.
A Pleasant Grove map poster shows that meeting of grid and mountain clearly. Straight lines hold the lower part of the frame, while softer, looping roads mark the newer neighbourhoods on the slope. It is a graphic, well-proportioned print.
Long, straight numbered streets cross at right angles through the older part of town and form a regular pattern that reads cleanly at any print size.
Near the mountains the grid softens into winding residential roads and cul-de-sacs that follow the rising ground toward the canyon mouths.
The canyon that gave the town its first name cuts into the mountain front and marks where the street network ends and the wild slopes begin.

Koteā ko Pleasant Grove
Pleasant Grove is the kind of place people put down roots in, often raising a family within sight of Timpanogos. A map of its streets makes a natural gift for a new home or a move away from the valley.
Personalise the title, the subtitle and the coordinates, perhaps with a family name and the year you arrived. Five styles are available: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
