Rāhatgarh is a town in the Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh, on the plateau country of central India. From above, it forms a compact cluster of lanes near the Bina River, with roads leading out across farmland toward Sagar and neighbouring towns.
The town is known for two features: an old hilltop fort with long walls overlooking the area, and the Rāhatgarh waterfall, where the Bina River drops over a rocky shelf a short distance from town. The falls attract visitors especially during the monsoon, when the river is at its fullest.
