Te mapa
Rehoboth lies in central Namibia, south of Windhoek on the B1 highway, at the edge of the Kalahari. The land is dry and open, and on the map the town appears as a loose network of streets spreading from the highway, with wide blocks and plenty of space between the buildings. Dry riverbeds cross the landscape nearby, visible as faint branching lines.
The town has a long history as the home of the Baster community, who settled here in the nineteenth century, and a mission station founded earlier in that century gave the place its biblical name. Hot springs rise in the town and have long been part of local life, while the Oanob Dam lies a short distance to the west.
Beyond the town, the landscape opens into farmland and dry savanna, with gravel roads leading out in straight lines toward distant farms. A Rehoboth map poster captures the spacious layout of a southern African town, where streets, riverbeds and the long line of the highway stand out clearly against the open land.
The main road between Windhoek and the south runs through Rehoboth, forming the central spine from which the town's streets branch out.
Natural hot springs rise in the town, a long-standing part of local life and one of the features Rehoboth is best known for.
West of town, the reservoir of the Oanob Dam spreads across a valley, its irregular outline one of the few large water shapes in this dry landscape.

Koteā ko Rehoboth
For Rehoboth families and anyone who has driven the B1 through central Namibia, the map is a portrait of a town with a strong identity. Its open, airy layout gives the print a calm feeling.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Sand works well with the dry landscape. Download the HD files or order a printed poster on matte paper.
