Taman OUG, short for Overseas Union Garden, is a residential area in the southern part of Kuala Lumpur, close to Jalan Klang Lama, the Old Klang Road. On a map it is a clearly planned housing estate, with rows of terraced houses arranged along parallel and looping streets, and a commercial centre of shophouses at its core.
The estate is framed by major roads and by the surrounding neighbourhoods of southern Kuala Lumpur, and its regular layout stands out against the more irregular pattern of older settlements nearby. Parks and open spaces are scattered through the estate, and newer high-rise developments have appeared around its edges.
