Main road axis
The through road crosses the whole map and anchors the town. Most of the streets and buildings sit along it or just off it.

关于地图
Baoro Map Poster & Print
Baoro is a town in the Nana-Mambéré prefecture of western Central African Republic. It lies on the main road across this part of the country, between the regional centre of Bouar and the routes heading east toward the capital. From above, the town follows that road, and a loose web of lanes and compounds spreads out on both sides.
The surrounding land is rolling savanna with wooded patches and small streams. Fields and footpaths reach out from the town in irregular lines. There is no rigid grid here. The street pattern grows organically, thicker near the main road and markets and thinning into scattered homesteads farther out.
A Baoro map poster captures that informal geometry: one long, confident line of road with finer tracks branching off like veins. In monochrome, the composition has an understated, almost hand-drawn quality. It suits anyone who wants a map that looks unlike the usual dense European grid.

Branching tracks
Unpaved lanes and footpaths spread from the centre in irregular directions. They form a delicate network that thins out as it reaches the countryside.
Open savanna
Beyond the built area, the map opens up into wide empty space broken only by streams and occasional tracks. It gives the poster a calm, airy frame.

为什么选Baoro
一张有意义的地图
A map of Baoro is a quiet way to keep a connection to a family home, a posting, or a stretch of road that meant something. It shows the town as its own shape, without needing any landmark to explain it.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with a name or a date. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand to match the room it will hang in.
