关于地图
Bimbo Map Poster & Print
Bimbo lies just southwest of Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic, and serves as the chief town of the Ombella-M'Poko prefecture. On the map it reads as a continuation of the capital. Roads run out from Bangui, and neighbourhoods have grown along them, with the Oubangui River and its floodplain nearby.
Much of the town has grown informally. Its street pattern comes from tracks and footpaths more than from a formal plan, so its outline on paper looks organic and uneven, open in some places and dense in others. The main roads give the network its structure, and smaller lanes branch away from them into residential areas.
A Bimbo map poster stays true to that character. It records the real shape of the streets without polishing it into something tidier. The result is a portrait of a large and fast-growing community whose day-to-day life is closely tied to the capital next door.

Organic street pattern
Away from the main routes, lanes and tracks spread out irregularly. They leave a fine, uneven texture that feels very different from a planned grid.
River lowlands
Toward the Oubangui the land flattens and becomes low-lying. The built area thins there, leaving open space at that edge of the composition.

为什么选Bimbo
一张有意义的地图
For people from Bimbo and their relatives, including many living far from the Central African Republic, a map of home carries real personal weight. It keeps the familiar streets and neighbourhoods close.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be personalised, for example with a family name or a special date. Five styles are available: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Classic keeps the organic street pattern clear and easy to read.
