The river gorge
The Hrazdan River cuts a deep line through the town. It separates the districts and gives the map a strong natural backbone.

关于地图
Hrazdan Map Poster & Print
Hrazdan is the administrative centre of Armenia's Kotayk Province, in the upper valley of the Hrazdan River north of Yerevan. Instead of a single compact centre, the map shows a chain of districts spread along the river and up the sides of the valley. Winding roads and bridges across the gorge link them. The result is a long, broken shape that follows the terrain closely.
Much of the town was built in the Soviet period, when Hrazdan became an industrial and energy centre, and its apartment blocks and planned streets reflect that era. Just to the west lies Tsaghkadzor, Armenia's best-known ski resort. The river flows south from Lake Sevan toward Yerevan, feeding reservoirs and power stations along the way.
A Hrazdan map poster shows how a gorge can organise a town. Residential districts sit on separate levels, the river runs through the middle, and roads loop around to connect them. It is a rewarding print for anyone who knows the climb between neighbourhoods, or who has passed through on the way to the mountains.

Hillside districts
Separate neighbourhoods occupy different levels of the valley, and each has its own cluster of Soviet-era blocks and streets.
Winding connections
Roads curve along the slopes and cross the gorge on bridges. Their looping lines knit the scattered districts together.

为什么选Hrazdan
一张有意义的地图
For Armenians at home and abroad, a map of Hrazdan can hold the memory of a particular courtyard, a school or a view across the valley. Its unusual spread-out form also makes it one of the more striking small-town prints.
Edit the title and subtitle, set the coordinates line, and choose one of five styles, from Classic black & white to Blueprint or Sand. The HD files cover six sizes for $9, or a printed poster can ship from a partner in more than 30 countries.
