关于地图
Mazarrón Map Poster & Print
Mazarrón lies on the coast of the Region of Murcia, and its map has two main centres. The historic town sits a few kilometres inland, with compact streets around the church and town hall. On the coast, Puerto de Mazarrón has grown around its harbour, with streets following the bays and headlands. Between them, roads cross dry, hilly land with greenhouses and farms.
The area has a long mining history, especially for lead, silver and alum, and old workings still mark the hills. Two Phoenician shipwrecks were discovered off the coast, among the oldest of their kind found in the western Mediterranean. Near Bolnuevo, wind and water have carved the soft sandstone into unusual shapes known as the Erosions of Bolnuevo.
A Mazarrón map poster links the inland town with the sea. The coastline, with its coves and headlands, gives it a strong edge, and the space between the two centres adds breadth. It is a composition full of contrasts: dense streets, open hills and a long curving shore.

Indented coastline
Coves, bays and headlands shape the shore around the port. They give the poster a lively, irregular edge against the sea.
Mining hills
The dry hills around the town still show traces of historic mining. On the map, they appear as quiet, sparsely built terrain between the centres.

为什么选Mazarrón
一张有意义的地图
Mazarrón holds summer memories for many families, from Spain and across Europe, and it is home for those who settled by its coast. A map of the town and port brings those long days by the sea back into the home.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, perhaps with the name of your street, and choose from five styles. Blueprint and Sand suit this coast. Get HD files for $9 or order a matte printed poster.
