Eau Bourde valley
A small stream crosses the commune from southwest to northeast. Parkland and wooded paths follow it, drawing a green ribbon through the otherwise even residential fabric.

Gradignan Map Poster & Print
Gradignan lies on the southwestern edge of Bordeaux, just inside the ring road that circles the metropolis. On the map it is a finely grained suburb. Tree-lined residential streets and detached houses spread out on all sides. Small parks and wooded strips follow the valley of the Eau Bourde, a stream that winds through the commune and gives the street pattern a soft green seam.
The town has long been a stop on the pilgrimage routes to Santiago de Compostela. The old Cayac priory, a former hospice for pilgrims, still stands on the route south. Nearby, the university campus shared with Pessac and Talence adds large blocks of buildings and open lawns to the northern side. That contrast between campus scale and suburban scale is clear from above.
A Gradignan map poster shows a place that is quieter than central Bordeaux but closely tied to it. Main roads run south toward the Landes and cross the finer lanes at intervals. The rocade's curve locks the northern edge into the wider city. At larger sizes, the thin line of the Eau Bourde becomes a surprisingly strong element.

Rocade edge

Gradignan
Gradignan attracts families, students and academics who want to be close to Bordeaux without its density. A map of the commune records the everyday geography of school runs, bike rides along the stream and the short hop to campus.
Add a family name, a moving-in date or the coordinates of your street to the title lines, then pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Paper and Sand bring out the leafy, residential character in a gentle way.
