Carbin Reef
A narrow sandbar inside the Sagay Marine Reserve. On the map it is a slim, isolated form in the Visayan Sea, a small detail that anchors the whole composition.

Mapa
Sagay Map Poster & Print
Sagay sits on the northern edge of Negros Island, where Negros Occidental meets the Visayan Sea. From above, the city is less a single centre than a wide spread of barangays. Roads connect the coast with the cane-growing interior. Houses cluster most thickly along the shoreline and the main highway, then give way to field boundaries and farm tracks further inland.
The sea shapes the whole map. Offshore, the Sagay Marine Reserve protects reefs and sandbars, including Carbin Reef, a pale strip of sand that shows up as a small, sharp shape in open water. In black and white, these islets and shoals look like punctuation marks on the blank surface of the sea, and they balance the denser lines of the town.
Sugar has long shaped the land here, and the plantation roads give the rural districts a quiet geometric rhythm. A Sagay map poster brings these layers together: the curving coastline, the ribbon of the national road, the clustered poblacion and the open fields beyond. Water and farming organise this place as much as its streets do.

Coastal highway
The main road follows the northern shore and strings the barangays together in a long line. On the poster it becomes the spine the rest of the street network hangs from.
Cane field grid
Away from the coast, farm roads divide the sugar land into broad parcels. Drawn in thin lines, this farmland gives the inland half of the map a calm, measured texture.

Zašto Sagay
Mapa koja nešto znači
People who grew up in Sagay, or who have family roots in northern Negros, often want a picture of home that feels restrained rather than touristy. A map does that quietly. It shows the coast, the roads and the reefs without comment and leaves the memories to the viewer.
You can personalise the title, add a subtitle such as a family name or a date, and edit the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download the HD files for $9 or order a printed poster on matte paper.
