River through town
A river curves past the built-up area. It gives the map a single flowing line that contrasts with the straight blocks and junctions around it.

Mapa
Yongfeng Map Poster & Print
Yongfeng is a county seat in central Hunan, in a landscape of rolling hills, rice fields and small rivers. On a map the town is a compact knot of streets, laid out wherever the terrain allows. Hills on several sides keep it contained, and roads follow the valleys out toward the surrounding villages.
Central Hunan is an old agricultural region, and Yongfeng has grown from a local market and administrative centre into a modest modern town. Its newer districts sit beside the older core. The difference shows on the map: the old streets are narrow and irregular, while the newer roads are wider and straighter.
A Yongfeng map poster frames the town within its countryside, with the dense centre, the river running beside it and the thinner web of rural roads fading into the hills. It is a quiet, grounded image of a place most maps pass over. That is exactly why it matters to the people who come from here.

Old and new streets
Narrow, irregular lanes in the older core sit next to broader, straighter roads in newer districts, and the two textures are easy to tell apart on the page.
Hill-bound edges
Surrounding hills limit where the town can spread, so its outline is uneven and follows the valleys, with no clean ring road around it.
