Old town lanes
Narrow, irregular lanes form the heart of the town, a fine, closely packed pattern that stands out against the open land around it.

关于地图
Aklera Map Poster & Print
Aklera is a town in the Jhalawar district of south-eastern Rajasthan, part of the Hadoti region that borders Madhya Pradesh. The landscape here is greener than much of the state, with farmland, seasonal streams and water tanks, and the town appears on a map as a compact centre of narrow lanes surrounded by fields.
Its structure is typical of small market towns in this part of India. An older core of closely built lanes sits near the main road, while newer houses spread outward along the routes to neighbouring villages. Beyond the last buildings, country roads lead across a patchwork of cultivated plots, broken here and there by ponds and seasonal watercourses.
An Aklera map poster presents a quiet, human-scale place. There are no grand avenues here, only the fine texture of lanes and the open ground of the countryside, but that is what gives the print its character. It is a considered gift for anyone from Jhalawar or the wider Hadoti region who wants a map of home.

Roads to the villages
Several roads radiate from the town toward surrounding villages, giving the map a simple, star-like structure across the countryside.
Fields and water
Farmland, ponds and small streams surround the settlement, and these open areas give the print a calm, spacious frame.

For people from Aklera living in Kota, Jaipur or abroad, a map of the town is a way to keep home close without turning a wall into a shrine. The quiet lines of lanes and fields sit comfortably in a modern interior.
Add your own title and subtitle, perhaps a family name or a special date, and keep or edit the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, download six print sizes for $9, or order a matte print with an optional wooden frame.
