关于地图
Batifa Map Poster & Print
Batifa is a town in Duhok province, in the Kurdistan Region of northern Iraq, located in the mountainous country near the border with Turkey. The landscape is shaped by ridges and valleys, and the town's layout follows the terrain rather than a regular grid.
On a map, the main roads run along valley floors and around the flanks of hills, with streets climbing the slopes in short, irregular sections. Beyond the town, fields, orchards and small villages sit in the valleys, while the higher ground stays open and sparsely built.
A Batifa map poster captures this mountain setting in simple lines. The winding roads, the dense centre and the open hills around it create a composition with a clear sense of place, one that reflects the highland character of Iraqi Kurdistan.

Hillside streets
Streets climb the slopes in short, irregular stretches, forming a pattern shaped by topography rather than by a planned grid.
Open highlands
The higher ground around the town remains largely open, leaving calm, empty space on the print that frames the settlement.
