Bhauri Map Poster & Print
Bhauri is a small place in southern Rajasthan, in the part of the state where the Thar's dry plains give way to the first rises of the Aravalli range. Its map is modest. A few roads meet, a settlement core forms around them, and farm tracks lead outward into the surrounding fields.
The street pattern is informal and compact. Lanes curve around houses and plots rather than following a plan. Near the centre they gather tightly, and toward the edges they thin out into paths across agricultural land. Seasonal watercourses and small reservoirs, common across this region, can appear as soft shapes among the fields.
