Town grid
The streets of the centre form a fairly regular grid on flat ground. This gives the town a clean, compact shape that is easy to recognise at any poster size.

关于地图
Guidan Roumdji Map Poster & Print
Guidan Roumdji is a town in Niger's Maradi Region and the seat of a department of the same name, a short distance west of the city of Maradi. It sits in the southern Sahel on flat, sandy plains close to the border with Nigeria, in one of the most intensively farmed parts of the country. On the map the town is a compact grid with open land on every side.
The surrounding landscape is agricultural, dominated by rain-fed crops such as millet, sorghum and groundnuts, with scattered trees across the fields. Villages appear as small clusters linked by tracks and by the main road toward Maradi. In the rainy season, low areas and seasonal watercourses hold water, and their faint outlines appear as soft shapes on the wider map.
A Guidan Roumdji map poster shows the quiet geometry of a Sahel town. The streets form a clear block in the middle of the frame, while tracks and field boundaries spread thinly outward. The simplicity is the point. In black and white, the settlement reads as a steady centre in a wide landscape and an image of home for many families from the region.

Road to Maradi
The main road heads east toward the regional capital. It is a long straight line that ties the town to Maradi and the wider region.
Fields and tracks
A web of sandy tracks links villages across the open farmland around the town. Their fine lines give the outer parts of the map a light, scattered texture.
