Dembiya plain
The town stands on wide, level farmland north of Lake Tana, so the map is defined by open space and long straight connections rather than steep terrain.

关于地图
K’ola Diba Map Poster & Print
K’ola Diba lies in Amhara Region, on the Dembiya plain between the city of Gondar and the northern shore of Lake Tana. The plain is flat and open, and the town's layout reflects that, with streets extending in several directions across level ground rather than climbing any slope. It serves as the administrative and market centre for the surrounding district.
The landscape around the town is agricultural, with fields spread across the plain and streams running south toward Lake Tana, the source of the Blue Nile. On a map these watercourses appear as thin, meandering lines across the open land, while roads link the town to Gondar and to villages near the lake.
A K’ola Diba map poster shows an Ethiopian highland town in a less familiar setting: not on a ridge or in a gorge but on a broad lakeside plain. The drawing is spare, with a clear central cluster and long connections outward, and the character of the place comes from its openness.

Streams toward Tana
Small rivers cross the plain on their way south to the lake, drawn as winding threads that break up the regular pattern of fields and tracks.
Road to Gondar
A main road links the town with Gondar to the north-east, giving the composition a clear diagonal line leading toward the region's historic city.
