Road to Kutch
The main road connecting Saurashtra and Kutch passes close to the town, forming the longest and most prominent line on the poster as it runs across otherwise open land.

关于地图
Māliya Map Poster & Print
Māliya, also known as Maliya Miyana, is a town in Morbi district in western Gujarat, close to where the Saurashtra peninsula meets the Kutch region. The land here is very flat and low-lying, and the map shows a compact settlement surrounded by wide open ground, with few natural features to interrupt the roads that cross it.
The town lies on the main road link between Saurashtra and Kutch, and that highway is the strongest line on the map. To the north and west, the land opens toward the tidal creeks and salt-producing flats that edge the Gulf of Kutch and the Little Rann, a landscape where salt pans form geometric patterns clearly visible from above.
A Māliya map poster keeps things simple: a dense core of lanes, the long straight lines of the main roads, and the vast emptiness of the surrounding plain. For anyone with roots in this part of Gujarat, it is a reminder of a place defined as much by the open horizon around it as by the town itself.

Compact old core
The older part of the town is a dense knot of narrow lanes, which shows up as the darkest and most intricate area of the map.
Flat surroundings
Low-lying land stretches away on all sides toward creeks and salt flats, leaving large pale areas on the poster that emphasise how concentrated the settlement is.

为什么选 Māliya
一张有意义的地图
Many families trace their origins to towns like Māliya even after moving to Ahmedabad, Mumbai or abroad. A map of the town gives that connection a physical form, something to hang at home or to give to a parent who still talks about its streets.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps with a family name or the year someone left, and choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The $9 HD files include six print sizes, each as a 300 DPI PNG and a print-ready PDF.
