关于地图
Mangbwalu Map Poster & Print
Mangbwalu lies in Ituri province in the northeast of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, in a hilly upland area northwest of Bunia. The town is known as a centre of gold mining, part of a goldfield that has been worked for generations, and its layout reflects that history.
On the map, the town appears as a cluster of streets and settlements spread across hills and valleys, with roads following the slopes rather than a regular grid. Streams run through the lower ground, and the surrounding landscape is a mix of forest, cleared land and small villages linked by tracks.
The terrain gives the town an irregular, organic shape, with neighbourhoods scattered along ridges and valley floors. A Mangbwalu map poster captures that pattern, showing a settlement shaped by its hills and its mining past rather than by planning, set within the wider green uplands of Ituri.

Valley streams
Small streams run through the lower ground between the hills, their paths cutting across the map between clusters of settlement.
Scattered settlement
Rather than a single dense centre, the town spreads across several areas, connected by tracks and paths through the surrounding hills.
