关于地图
Mehal Mēda Map Poster & Print
Mehal Mēda is a town in the North Shewa Zone of the Amhara Region in Ethiopia, the main settlement of the historic Menz area. It lies on a high, cool plateau, and Menz is widely known for its hardy highland sheep and wool, which have long been part of local life and trade.
From above, the town is a compact grid of streets set on relatively level ground, with main roads leading out across the uplands. The plateau around it is open and sparsely settled, crossed by farm tracks and footpaths, and in several directions the land falls away into steep river gorges that cut deeply into the highlands.
A Mehal Mēda map poster presents the town as a small, tidy settlement surrounded by broad open country. The streets form a clear, well-defined core, and the few roads leading away give the composition direction. It suits anyone with roots in Menz or a lasting memory of the Ethiopian highlands and their wide, quiet horizons.

Roads across the uplands
Main roads lead away from the town across the plateau, drawn as long, gently curving lines that anchor the composition.
Open highland country
Around the settlement, sparse tracks and scattered homesteads leave most of the map open, reflecting the spacious, lightly populated plateau.
