关于地图
Péfki Map Poster & Print
Péfki is a suburb in the northern part of the Athens urban area, bordered by Marousi, Lykovrysi and Irakleio. Its name means pine in Greek, and the trees still give the area much of its character. On a map it shows as a mostly residential district of low-rise streets, with more space and green than the denser neighbourhoods closer to central Athens.
The street pattern is a mix of short grids and curving roads that follow the slight slope of the ground. Small squares and parks are scattered through the neighbourhoods, and larger roads mark the borders with the neighbouring municipalities. There is no single dominant landmark, so the interest lies in the even, fine texture of the streets.
A Péfki map poster suits someone who knows the area street by street. Framed on its own, the suburb forms a neat patch of northern Athens. Framed a little wider, it sits among the surrounding districts, showing how the city spreads north toward the foothills of Mount Penteli.

Small squares
Local squares and pocket parks break up the street network at regular points, giving the design small open spaces to rest the eye.
Northern suburbs setting
Péfki sits between Marousi, Lykovrysi and Irakleio, so a wider frame shows the connected suburbs of northern Athens stretching toward the hills.
