Irrigation canals
Straight canals and branch channels run across the countryside in long lines, forming the backbone of the region's agriculture and dominating the map beyond the city's edge.

Saddiqabad Map Poster & Print
Saddiqabad lies in the south of Pakistan's Punjab province, close to the border with Sindh. The surrounding land is flat and intensively farmed, and from above the most striking feature is the irrigation network: long canals and channels cut straight lines through the countryside, dividing it into a patchwork of rectangular fields.
The city itself forms a compact urban area within this farmland. Its streets are fairly dense near the centre and thin out toward the edges, where roads begin to follow canal banks and field boundaries. A major highway passes by the city, linking it with the rest of Punjab and Sindh, and adds one of the few long diagonal lines to the map.
A Saddiqabad map poster shows how closely the city depends on the land around it. The dense core, the straight canals and the regular fields together create a strongly geometric composition, one that suits the black and white format and gives a clear picture of life in the agricultural plain of southern Punjab.

Field patchwork
Rectangular farm plots fill the space between canals, giving the surrounding plain a regular, grid-like texture that frames the denser city streets at the centre.
Compact city core
The urban area is tightly built around its centre, with markets and residential streets packed closely before the network loosens into roads leading out to the fields.

Saddiqabad is home to many families with deep ties to the farmland of southern Punjab, and to people who have moved abroad for work. A map of the city keeps that connection close, showing the streets and canals they remember.
Personalise the title, add a subtitle with a neighbourhood or year and include the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand; Blueprint emphasises the precise lines of the canal network.
