El mapa
Brackenheim Map Poster & Print
Brackenheim lies in the Zabergäu, a valley in the district of Heilbronn in Baden-Württemberg. It is often described as the largest wine-growing municipality in Württemberg, and the map shows why: the town and its villages sit among hills covered in vineyards, whose rows and terraces add a fine texture to the land around the streets.
The historic core is compact, with a castle and old lanes set on a rise above the valley. From there, newer districts spread outward, and the small river Zaber runs through the lower ground. Several formerly separate villages now belong to the town, so the map shows a scattered set of settlements linked by country roads.
A Brackenheim map poster captures that mix of old town, river valley and wine country. The town is also the birthplace of Theodor Heuss, the first President of the Federal Republic of Germany, and a museum there is dedicated to him. In black and white, the pattern of streets and slopes makes a restrained, well-balanced print.

Compact old town
The historic centre sits on raised ground with a castle and tight lanes, a dense cluster that stands out clearly against the more open districts around it.
Zaber valley
The small Zaber river runs through the lower valley, giving the region its name, the Zabergäu, and guiding the line of roads between the settlements.
