The railway axis
The line running east from Warsaw crosses the town in a nearly straight path, giving the map a strong diagonal that the surrounding residential streets meet, follow and branch away from.

El mapa
Sulejówek sits just beyond the eastern edge of Warsaw, and from above it reads as a place where houses and trees share the ground almost evenly. Streets form a loose, irregular web rather than a strict grid, many of them running between deep residential plots. Wooded patches break up the pattern, so the map alternates between dense lines of lanes and quieter open areas.
The railway toward the east cuts through the town in a long, confident stroke, and much of the street network arranges itself around it. On the ground this gives Sulejówek its commuter rhythm. On paper it gives the composition a clear axis. A Sulejówek map poster keeps that contrast visible: one firm line of track against the soft, branching lanes of a villa settlement.
The town is best known for its link to Józef Piłsudski, who lived here between the wars and whose former home is now part of a museum dedicated to him. That connection draws visitors from across Poland. Beyond it, Sulejówek remains a residential town of gardens and single houses, and its map carries that same unhurried, low-rise character.
The line running east from Warsaw crosses the town in a nearly straight path, giving the map a strong diagonal that the surrounding residential streets meet, follow and branch away from.
Instead of a planned grid, Sulejówek has winding and uneven lanes between large garden plots, a pattern typical of the leafy settlements that grew around Warsaw's rail corridors.
Forested areas press in on the built-up streets and leave blank, calm spaces on the poster, framing the town and giving the dense residential areas room to breathe.

Por qué Sulejówek
People who grew up in Sulejówek, or who moved out from Warsaw for the gardens and the quiet, often want a picture that feels like home rather than a postcard. The map does that: the railway, the lanes and the woods are all there, recognisable at a glance.
You can set your own title and subtitle, for a family name, a street or the year you moved in, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose from five styles, Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, to match the room.
