Dense old lanes
The centre of Ahor is made up of narrow, closely packed lanes. On the poster they form an intricate, dark cluster that stands out clearly against the open land around the town.

Ahor Map Poster & Print
Ahor is a town in the Jalore district of Rajasthan, in the arid western part of India. The surrounding country is largely flat and dry, with farmland and scrub stretching away on every side and scattered villages connected by rural roads. On a map the town appears as a tight settlement set in the middle of this open, sunlit landscape.
Its street pattern is typical of older market towns in the region: narrow lanes packed closely together in the centre, with wider roads passing along the edges and carrying traffic to neighbouring towns. Newer houses and plots extend outward along these roads, so the outline of the town stretches wherever the main routes run.
An Ahor map poster captures that contrast between a dense, intricate core and the wide space around it. The fine texture of the old lanes gives the centre visual weight, while the roads leaving town draw longer lines across the frame. It is a simple, honest record of a Rajasthani town and the land it depends on.

Main road corridors
Larger roads pass along the edges of the town and lead toward neighbouring settlements, with newer building spreading along them in long, narrow strips.
Open dry plain
Much of the map around Ahor is farmland and open ground, crossed by thin rural tracks, which gives the composition space and a strong sense of the regional landscape.
