Farnham Map Poster & Print
Farnham lies in the west of Surrey, close to the border with Hampshire, on the River Wey. The town centre sits on the gentle slope north of the river, and its main streets form a compact, easily recognisable pattern. Castle Street, wide and lined with Georgian buildings, runs uphill towards Farnham Castle, which overlooks the town.
The castle was founded in the twelfth century by the Bishops of Winchester and remained an episcopal residence for centuries. Behind it, Farnham Park forms a large open space that appears on the map as a wide green area next to the dense centre. The town is also home to the University for the Creative Arts and has a long tradition of crafts.
A Farnham map poster captures a classic English market town: a narrow river valley, historic streets meeting at a central crossroads, a castle on the rise and residential areas spreading along the roads. A bypass to the south curves past the centre, adding a sweeping line to an otherwise intimate composition.

Pourquoi Farnham
Une carte qui a du sens
Farnham is the kind of town people settle in for good, and a place graduates of the creative arts university remember fondly. A map of its streets shows the centre in a way that even long-time residents rarely see.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps with a house name or the year you arrived, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The HD set costs $9, and framed prints are also available.
