The densest part of the town gathers around its centre, where streets and compounds sit closely together and form the darkest area of the print.

Igangan Map Poster & Print
Igangan is a town in the Ibarapa area of western Oyo State, in south-western Nigeria. It lies in a region of open savanna and woodland, where farming has long been at the centre of daily life. On the map, the town appears as a cluster of streets and compounds around a central area, with roads leading out across the surrounding countryside to neighbouring towns and farm settlements.
The street pattern is largely informal, shaped by older paths, family compounds and the gradual growth of the town along its main routes. Between the built-up areas there are open spaces and farm plots, and beyond them the land opens into fields and bush. The Ibarapa area is known for its agriculture, and the roads out of town carry a steady flow of produce to market.
An Igangan map poster presents the town in its simplest form: the network of roads, the density of homes near the centre and the lighter texture of the land around it. Without colour, the branching road pattern becomes the focus, giving a clear, honest portrait of a Yoruba farming town and its place in the landscape.

Radiating roads
Main roads leave the town in several directions toward neighbouring communities of the Ibarapa area, giving the settlement a clear, branching outline.
Farmland and savanna
Around the edges, farm plots, tracks and open savanna create a lighter, more scattered texture that frames the town and shows its agricultural setting.
