Shangsi Map Poster & Print
Shangsi is a county town in Fangchenggang, in the southern part of Guangxi, lying inland from the Gulf of Tonkin at the foot of the Shiwandashan, the range whose name means the Hundred Thousand Mountains. The town fits into a valley, with its streets organised along the river and extending into the lower surrounding land.
A Shangsi map poster shows a compact urban area surrounded by hills and farmland. The central streets form a relatively dense network near the river, while newer roads and development extend outward, stopping where the ground begins to rise towards the forested slopes.
The Shiwandashan area is protected in part as a national forest park, known for its subtropical forests and waterfalls. The county has a large population of Zhuang and other ethnic groups, and many of its villages are scattered through the valleys and foothills around the town.

Pourquoi Shangsi
Une carte qui a du sens
Shangsi is a thoughtful print for people from the county, for families with Zhuang heritage in southern Guangxi, and for travellers who have walked in the Shiwandashan forests. The mountains around the town give it a clear, self-contained shape.
Personalise the title and subtitle in Chinese or English, and set your coordinates. Paper and Sand suit the green hills, and Noir or Classic black and white bring out the pattern of the streets.
