Bothfeld is a district in the north-east of Hannover, and its map still shows the village it once was. The old core, with its church and a few curving streets, sits at the centre. Around it, later residential areas have filled in, with long quiet streets of houses and some larger housing blocks.
The district is mainly residential and has a calmer feel than central Hannover.
