The map
Perdriel Map Poster & Print
Perdriel is a district of Luján de Cuyo, just south of the city of Mendoza, in one of Argentina's best-known wine areas. From above it is a place of straight lines. Country roads meet at right angles, irrigation channels run beside them, and a small built-up core is surrounded by estates. The Mendoza River flows nearby, and the Andean foothills rise to the west.
Irrigation explains that geometry. Mendoza is a dry province, and the fields here depend on a network of canals and ditches fed by snowmelt from the mountains. That network decided where roads and plots were drawn, which is why the map looks so orderly next to the older, more organic towns of the region.
Perdriel is linked above all with Malbec, and several well-known wineries have vineyards in the district. A Perdriel map poster shows the quieter side of that story: the grid of lanes and channels that frames the estates. It can be framed tightly on the village or wide enough to reach the edges of Luján de Cuyo.

Irrigation channels
Canals and ditches run alongside many of the roads, carrying mountain water to the vineyards and adding thin parallel lines to the map.
Toward the foothills
West of the district the land begins to climb toward the Andes, and the road network thins out where farmland gives way to dry, open slopes.

Why Perdriel
A map that means something
Wine lovers who have visited the Mendoza estates, and people who worked a harvest there, often want a record of the place that is not a label or a photograph. A map of Perdriel is understated and fits a kitchen, a dining room or a small cellar.
You can rename the title, put a vintage year or visit date in the subtitle, and adjust the coordinates line. Paper and Sand suit warm interiors, and every design is available as a printed poster or as print-ready digital files.
