Son Rapinya is a neighbourhood on the northwestern side of Palma, the capital of Mallorca. It lies between the denser districts of the city and the green, hilly ground that rises toward the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana. Main roads link the district to central Palma and to the ring road, whose broad curves pass nearby.
