Ali is an urbanised village in southeast Delhi, near Sarita Vihar and Jasola and not far from the Yamuna. Like many of Delhi's old villages, it has been absorbed by the growing city, and today its compact core of narrow lanes sits among planned residential colonies, arterial roads and institutional land.
