Bāgluṅ is the headquarters of Baglung District in Nepal's Gandaki Province, west of Pokhara. The town occupies a wide, fairly level terrace high above the Kali Gandaki River, and that setting defines its map: a compact network of streets on the flat ground, then an abrupt edge where the land falls away toward the river flowing far below.
The district is known across Nepal for its many suspension bridges, which carry footpaths over rivers and ravines between hillside villages. The river itself traces a winding line along the side of the town, and roads approach in tight switchbacks as they climb the slopes, giving the poster sharp, zigzag details at its margins.
Near the town centre stands the Kalika Bhagawati temple, an important place of worship for the region. A Bāgluṅ map poster captures the unusual geometry of a mountain town: flat, walkable streets in the middle, and steep terrain, river curves and winding approach roads all around. It is a meaningful print for anyone with family roots in the district.
Most of the town sits on a broad raised shelf, so the street network is compact and fairly regular before it meets the steep drop toward the river.
The river runs below the town in a deep valley, its curves forming one of the main natural lines of the map and framing the settlement.
Roads climbing into and out of the valley bend in tight zigzags, adding sharp, rhythmic detail around the edges of the composition.

Many families from Baglung live in Kathmandu, Pokhara or overseas, and a map of the town is a simple way to keep home in view. The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be personalised with a family name, a neighbourhood, a date or a few words of your own.
Blueprint suits the terrace-and-gorge structure, and Noir makes the river and roads stand out clearly, while Classic black & white, Paper and Sand offer quieter alternatives. Start with the free 900 px watermarked preview, then choose the $9 digital files in six sizes or a printed poster on matte paper.
