Bethpage is a hamlet in the Town of Oyster Bay, in Nassau County on Long Island. Its map is classic postwar suburbia: blocks of detached houses set on curving and straight residential streets, cut through by larger arterial roads and a Long Island Rail Road line that runs across the community with its own station.
The area has a notable industrial past. Grumman Aircraft Engineering had major facilities in Bethpage, and the Apollo Lunar Module was built there.
