Ko e mape
Moorpark sits in the east of Ventura County, in a valley ringed by low hills, with Simi Valley just to the east. The map is organized around two freeways, State Routes 23 and 118, which meet near the center of the city and divide it into distinct quarters. Around them, residential streets fill the flatter ground while many of the hillsides remain open.
The original town center lies along High Street, next to the railroad tracks that carry trains through the valley. This short stretch of older buildings stands in contrast to the curving drives and cul-de-sacs of later subdivisions. The name is commonly traced to the Moorpark apricot, a variety once grown in the orchards that covered much of the valley before suburban growth.
Moorpark College occupies a large campus set against the hills, its buildings and playing fields forming a distinct block on the plan. The Arroyo Simi runs through the city as a wash, adding a long, winding line across the map. A Moorpark map poster shows these elements in clean monochrome: freeways, railroad, campus, arroyo and the open hills that frame everything.
State Routes 23 and 118 meet near the heart of Moorpark, their broad curves forming the strongest lines on the map and dividing the city into clear sections.
The historic downtown runs alongside the railroad on High Street, a short, straight strip of older blocks that anchors the city's more recent suburban pattern.
A long wash crosses the city from east to west, often dry, drawing a meandering line through neighborhoods and parks and linking Moorpark to Simi Valley upstream.

Ko e ha Moorpark
Moorpark appeals to families who value its quieter pace, and to students and staff who spent years at the college. A map of the city frames that life: the hills beyond the backyard fence, the short drive downtown, the freeway ramp to work.
Add a title, subtitle and your own coordinates line, perhaps marking a first home or a graduation year. The five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, let you match the poster to a bright California room or a darker, more graphic space.
