Ko e mape
From above, Mut reads as a town shaped by its valley. Streets gather on the flatter ground near the Göksu River, then thin out where orchards and fields begin. The surrounding terrain is visible even in a line drawing: roads bend to follow contours, and the built area stops where the slopes of the Taurus Mountains take over.
Mut sits in the interior of Mersin province, on the route between the Mediterranean coast and the Anatolian plateau. The town is usually linked with ancient Claudiopolis, and a medieval castle still stands above the centre. On a map that history appears as a small knot of older, irregular lanes. The newer blocks around it are laid out in straighter lines.
A Mut map poster keeps all of this in plain black line work. The river corridor, the main roads leading out of the valley and the pattern of the town centre are shown without colour or labels competing for attention. The result feels closer to a survey sheet than a tourist map, and it suits a town defined more by its setting than by its size.
The Göksu River runs through the valley below Mut and sets the direction of the land around it. Fields, roads and the edge of the town all line up with its course.
A medieval castle overlooks the town. Around the older centre the street pattern turns tighter and less regular, which gives the middle of the poster a denser texture.
Routes leave Mut toward the coast and toward the plateau, bending with the terrain. On the poster they read as long curved lines running out of a compact centre.

Ko e ha Mut
Mut is often a place people come from rather than pass through, and a map of it tends to hang in homes far from the valley. The shape of the town between river and mountains is easy to recognise for anyone who grew up there or has family roots in the district.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with a family name or a year that matters. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Order digital HD files for $9 or a printed poster on matte paper, with a wooden frame as an option.
