Rafiganj lies in the Aurangabad district of Bihar, on the broad alluvial plain south of the Ganges. From above, the town looks like a dense cluster of short lanes and small plots. A few main roads leave it toward nearby villages, and around the built-up area the land breaks into the small irregular field pattern typical of this part of India.
The railway gives the town its clearest straight line. Rafiganj has a station on the long east–west trunk route between Gaya and Dehri-on-Sone. On a map the track cuts cleanly through the curving local streets, and the older lanes near the station bunch together in the way market towns often do when they grow along the rail line.
A Rafiganj map poster shows a town where there is little to hide the street pattern. Without hills or a large river, the drawing depends on the roads alone: tight lanes at the centre, looser paths at the edges, and a few long routes heading out toward the neighbouring districts.
The main-line track crosses the town in one straight stroke. It is the strongest geometric element on the map and a clear contrast to the uneven lanes on either side.
Near the centre the streets narrow and pack together into a fine mesh. On paper it looks like a darker patch in the middle of the town.
Several roads head outward through open agricultural land, linking Rafiganj to villages and district towns across the flat countryside of south Bihar.

People from small towns rarely find them on a shop shelf, which is part of why a map of Rafiganj means something. It might be the neighbourhood you grew up in, a family home, or the station where many journeys started. The street plan shows it all in one frame.
You can change the title and subtitle, and the coordinates line if you like, so the poster reads as your own record of the place. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, depending on the room and the frame you plan to use.
