Biritinga Map Poster & Print
Biritinga is a municipality in the north-east of Bahia, in the dry interior inland from Salvador and the Atlantic coast. Its urban centre is small and compact, a cluster of streets with roads leading out towards neighbouring towns and rural communities. From above, the town reads as a clear, concentrated knot set in a wide landscape of pasture and scattered farms.
Beyond the town, small rural settlements are linked by local and unpaved roads, which gives the wider map an open, airy quality, with thin lines crossing large empty spaces. The climate in this part of Bahia is semi-arid, and the pattern of reservoirs, tracks and field boundaries reflects the farming and cattle raising that have long shaped the region.
Places of this size are rarely mapped with care, and that is part of their appeal. A Biritinga map poster gives the town the attention usually reserved for large cities, showing its streets precisely and leaving room for the surrounding land. It is a fitting keepsake for families from the interior of Bahia, wherever they have settled.

Radiating roads
Roads leave the centre in several directions, linking the town to rural communities and neighbouring municipalities and giving the map a gentle star-like structure.
Open semi-arid landscape
Beyond the streets lies a broad landscape of pasture, tracks and small reservoirs, which appears on the poster as calm open space around the town.
