Regular street grid
Long, straight streets cross at right angles across most of the city. The result is a crisp, evenly spaced pattern that looks especially sharp in the Blueprint and Noir styles.

Dourados Map Poster & Print
Dourados is the second-largest city in Mato Grosso do Sul. It sits on the flat farming plateau in the south of the state, not far from the border with Paraguay. Its streets form a broad, regular grid with long avenues, and the edge of the city meets soybean and maize fields abruptly. That gives the map an unusually clean outline.
The municipality also contains the Dourados Indigenous Reserve, one of the most densely populated reserves in Brazil, where Guarani-Kaiowá and Terena communities live next to the city. On the map the reserve shows a different texture of roads and tracks beyond the city grid, a reminder that the landscape has more than one history.
The city grew on the back of agriculture and is now a regional centre for services and universities. A Dourados map poster brings out the geometry of that growth: straight streets, generous blocks, a few green spaces and the country roads running out to the farms on every side.

Farmland edge
Beyond the last blocks the map opens into the field roads of the plateau, so the city reads as a distinct shape surrounded by farmland.
Indigenous reserve
The Dourados Indigenous Reserve lies close to the city, and its irregular network of tracks contrasts clearly with the planned streets next to it.
