Old town centre
Kulim's historic core of shophouse rows forms a tight, dense pattern at the middle of the map. It is clearly different from the more spacious development that has grown up around it.

Kulim Map Poster & Print
Kulim lies in southern Kedah, a short drive inland from Penang's mainland coast. The old town centre is a compact cluster of shophouse streets. The land around it was once dominated by rubber and oil palm estates and is now laid out as housing estates, highway links and the wide, regular plots of industrial development.
The town is home to the Kulim Hi-Tech Park, set up as Malaysia's first dedicated high-technology industrial park and now a base for semiconductor and electronics manufacturers. The Butterworth–Kulim Expressway connects the town to the port and to Penang Island across the strait, placing Kulim within the wider northern industrial corridor.
A Kulim map poster brings these layers together in one frame. The dense grain of the old centre stands against the long, curving roads of the estates and the broad parcels of the industrial zone. Green gaps of plantation and river land keep the composition open and easy to read.

Kulim Hi-Tech Park
The planned industrial park covers a large area with broad roads and big plots. It adds a strong geometric block to one side of the composition.
Butterworth–Kulim Expressway
This expressway runs west toward Butterworth and the Penang crossing. It gives the map a long, confident line that links the town to the coast.
